Donna Trigone, CRNP

Donna Trigone, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner specializing in adult and pediatric rheumatology. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care while fostering strong,collaborative relationships with patients and families managing chronic rheumatologic conditions. Her clinical approach emphasizes compassion, clear communication, and individualized treatment planning tailored to each patient’s needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Donna has been an active regional advocate for individuals living with arthritis, working to raise awareness and support initiatives that improve patient education and access to high-quality rheumatologic care.

Donna earned her post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Drexel University’s College of Nursing and Health Professions. She also holds a School Nurse Certification from Immaculata University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from La Salle University’s College of Nursing.
